- Don’t be distracted by the gold, shiny things. So many baubles at this time of year…. Set your intentions and stick to them.
- Baby it’s cold outside! Be bold and start cold! Get out there (wear a mask) and feel the brisk, refreshing air. Just a few minutes will change your outlook. Then keep going for your 150 minutes of exercise/week!
- Give yourself a priority mail package. Be good to yourself. Untie the bow on your health and wellness. This gift is monogrammed just for you. Use self-care to stay strong and calm. You won’t want to return this one!
- Let’s strengthen body, mind, and soul now and visualize no sick days this holiday season. Know what to do when the sniffles start or a tickle appears.
- Visualize yourself as a taut, tight rope through the holidays – tying a tree to the roof of the family car or pulling a youngster up a snowy hill. You have a purpose and for that, you need unfrayed energy.
